Shopify Integration
Connect your Shopify store for automatic inventory synchronization between platforms.
Overview
The Shopify integration keeps your inventory synchronized between your Shopify store and CTCGX. When a sale happens on either platform, quantities update automatically on both—no manual adjustments needed.
Changes sync automatically. Update inventory on one platform and it reflects on the other within minutes.
Sold a card on Shopify? It's immediately deducted from CTCGX. No risk of selling the same card twice.
Choose one-way or two-way sync. Decide which platform is the source of truth for your inventory.

How Sync Works
Products are matched between Shopify and CTCGX by SKU or by product name and attributes. During initial sync, you can review and confirm matches before enabling automatic sync.
Inventory changes sync within minutes. Shopify sends us webhooks when products change, and we update CTCGX immediately. Changes in CTCGX push to Shopify in near real-time.
If both platforms change at the same time, the most recent change wins. For critical inventory, we recommend designating one platform as the primary source.
Common Questions
Does it sync prices too?
By default, only quantities sync. You can configure price sync separately if you want pricing to stay consistent across platforms.
What if a product exists in Shopify but not CTCGX?
Inbound sync can create new CTCGX listings for unmatched Shopify products, or you can choose to sync only already-matched products.
Can I disconnect at any time?
Yes. Disconnecting stops all syncing but leaves your inventory on both platforms as-is. You can reconnect later.
